This program is Arkansas Future Grant eligible, which means the grant may cover tuition and fees.
Transfer or Stackable Options
ag娱乐官网 has agreements with Arkansas Tech University, Arkansas State University in Mountain Home and the University of Central Arkansas to offer students seamless options for transfer to junior/senior level courses required to ultimately obtain a bachelor’s degree in teaching. Since these institutions have variations in required courses, students should work closely with a ag娱乐官网 advisor in order to complete specific courses needed for a smooth transition to the junior level at any of these colleges.
Learning Outcomes
- Students will be able to identify and reflect upon various attributes of an effective teacher, including, but not limited to, establishing a positive classroom environment, strategies for classroom management, maintaining student/teacher rapport, curriculum requirements, and lesson plans
- Students will be able to successfully use various forms of technology to assist them in the completion of activities and lesson plans for use with future students
